Our monitors DO NOT require a landline to work. No special equipment  or services are needed.

Our monitors do not interfer with most scans or medical euipment required. In most cases the monitor can be left on without any issue. If the monitor does need to be removed during an emergency by cutting it off our office will be notified immediately upon the cutting of the strap and we will be calling the defendant and co-signers to verify the reason.

We offer a 1 week grace period to out clients on a per request basis. The request to delay a payment has to be submitted befofre the missed payment or it will not be a qualifying payment delay. If your account becomes 2 payments past due, we have no other option but to report the violation to the local authorities with your case.

It is the responsibility to keep all chargers and equipment damage free. If any damage is done to the monitor or the charger or any other equipment belonging to Ankle Monitor Services then the defendant and/or their co-signer is responisible fot the replacement costs as per contracted.

Once paperwork has been submitted to Ankle Monitor Services showing the dismissal of the use of the ankle monitor per court order or sentencing then you contact us to set up a time to meet with one of our representatives to remove the monitor. Monitor will not be removed until defendant has a zero balance due to Ankle Monitor Services LLC.
